Strengthen the initial arithmetic specs from bounds to exact behavior.
For power-of-two alignments, prove the least padding that reaches an
aligned length and the greatest aligned value no larger than the input.
Strengthen extrema with their input-selection and ordering properties.

Preserve broader raw arithmetic lemmas and derive mathematical-model
contracts and caller corollaries from them. Add total Rust assertion
harnesses comparing the bitwise implementation with independent division
and remainder calculations. Their visible alignment guard leaves every
machine length, including usize::MAX, in the supported domain.
