Summary
Stacked on #2862. Implements an explicit controller-generation fence and makes stale-epoch event acceptance a non-compensatory benchmark violation.
Implementation
ControllerEpochandEpochFencedOutcomeLedgerinepoch_fence.rs.docs/research/ROBOTICS_CONTROLLER_EPOCH_FENCING_V0_1.mdwith the supervisor contract and remaining durability/authentication limitations.Required integration contract
The supervisor must provide a restart-safe, authoritative generation and attach it to each native ticket and event. This module deliberately does not claim to persist that generation, authenticate the event source, coordinate multi-process failover, or physically stop old commands. It is an in-memory enforcement layer whose callers must supply a trustworthy epoch.
