…t global variables file - Re-indent analytics.yaml blueprint so `main` nests under `tabs`, which was breaking blueprint parsing and leaving the CP tab/fields blank - Split cookie_panel's field data out of the global set's metadata file and into content/globals/default/cookie_panel.yaml, flat at the top level, matching how Statamic reads global variables — it was previously wrapped in a `data:` key inside the meta file, which Statamic ignores
