Missing Audience ID's #173

Description

So it seems to me that the addon doesn't load all audience id's. There are quite a few audiences i cant seem to select from the dropdown. Can it be that there is a limit on id's this addon fetches?

Steps to reproduce

Add the addon
Add api key
Select audience id
