Adds .github/workflows/sdk-release.yml. A tag sdk-v<version> (or a manual run with a version) publishes:

  • sdk/python to PyPI as sw-serverless, using PYPI_API_TOKEN
  • sdk/node to npm as @simplyworks/sw-serverless, using NPM_TOKEN

Each job sets the package to the tag's version, runs the SDK's tests, then publishes. A version that is already on its registry is skipped, so a failed run can be run again.

To publish 10.2.0 after merging, push the tag sdk-v10.2.0. Publish this before Bitween's simplyworks-bitween and @simplyworks/bitween, which depend on these packages.

Checked locally: the tests pass, the version is stamped from the tag, the wheel and sdist build, and npm pack names the package correctly. Nothing has been uploaded yet.
