fix: upgrade nx to 22.7.9+ (SECURE-5016) - #325

lerna/nxresolution from^22.7.7to^22.7.9.nxand its@nx/nx-*native binaries now resolve to 22.7.12, the latest 22.x patch; no other lockfile entries changed.nx22.7.8 creates its daemon and plugin-worker Unix sockets in a shared temp directory with default permissions, so another local user can connect and run code as the Nx user (GHSA-w3vv-58gj-gw77). 22.7.9 fixes this.npx nx resetlocally after pulling to remove sockets created by the old version.Types Of Changes
