Copied the CQL and measure report definitions from PSCC, did a little renaming. Tested in Headlights with an appropriately modified version of the Locator, all behaved as expected.

The stuff relating to age-at-diagnosis looks OK, I can't really comment on the DKTK molecular marker stuff.
