Better logging and error handling of all pysimCoder steps - code generation, build, etc. #110

I think that during the code generation process (and also during any process with a lot of procedures), it would come handy if a dialog popped up, showing all the steps and possibly informing the user of all the procedures.

Concerning the code generation and build, it'd come handy to also show the compilation output and possibly grep all C compiler errors/warning in a separate widget.

I'm creating this Issue thread so we can discuss this.
