Tool to extract and compress Extron's control system drivers package files.
Works on .pke and .pkn files, used by IP Link systems. Does not support .pkp files used by IP Link Pro systems and .eir files used for IR drivers.

There is currently no special treatment for .str files in the package. You must handle their compression separately.
Tested thoroughly only on x64 Windows.
