#3481 and #3484 merged in the order that left the query liveness job without a mutant for the new UncontainedMetadataDelete query, so the CodeQL query job on main stops at git apply. 🧬 This adds the patch: it drops the root not in resolved.parents check from the metadata cleanup, and the query reports the two deletes it then leaves unguarded.

pypa#3481 merged after the liveness job from pypa#3484, so the job found no patch
for UncontainedMetadataDelete. The patch drops the root containment check
that the query guards.
