feat(web): list the stream controls under About - #47

The settings page names the keys and chords the page binds while streaming, so a player no longer has to find them in the docs.
Placeholder: the head of the monorepo feat/shortcuts-screens branch. Swap for the merge SHA.

Lists the stream controls in two places: the console's new Stream controls screen (Settings → About, from unom/punktfunk#1712, merged as
3f83a4aa2), and a matching "Stream controls" group in the web shell's About tab (apps/web/src/ui/settings.tsx). This bumps thepackages/streampins to that merge.What the browser binds, from
packages/stream/src/input.tsandengine.ts:input.ts:120,:268-270;engine.ts:677). Esc releases pointer lock (apps/web/src/ui/hud.tsx:138).input.ts:398). LB+RB+Start+Back releases input, and held 1.5 s it disconnects (input.ts:130,:388-396).input.ts:325).input.ts:137,:272).Verified locally:
npm run check(both workspaces) andnpm test(41) pass. Not checked in a browser or on a Samsung TV.
