The TV package has its own repository, punktfunk/client-tizen, which builds this client at a pinned ref and adds the Tizen files itself (decision 1 of the plan, amended by the maintainer: a separate repo for discoverability, still no fork). So this repository goes back to being the web client.

Moved there: apps/web/tizen/ (manifest, icon), tools/wgt.mjs, tools/tizen-icon.mjs, the --mode tizen build (vite.config.ts is the pre-#42 file again), the build:tizen scripts, and the CI step that attached the .wgt to releases. The page keeps what a packaged page needs at run time: the tunnel, the console-first start, the sleep watch, the remote handling and the TV keyboard field.

tsc --noEmit on apps/web clean (the Vite config is the one main had before #42).

The TV package has its own repository, punktfunk/client-tizen, which
builds this client at a pinned ref and adds the Tizen files itself, so
this repository stays the web client. The manifest, the icon, the
package writer, the icon renderer, the tizen build mode and the release
step go there. The page keeps what a packaged page needs at run time:
the tunnel, the console-first start, the remote and the TV keyboard.
