aws_parameter_store: cache_ttl 0 cannot disable the lookup cache #105

Open

Description

Bug

getCached / setCached treat a zero CacheTTL as "do not cache", but Init overwrites a zero value with 5m whenever lookup is set. There is no way to disable the cache. 0 is indistinguishable from "unset".

Where

internal/pkg/pipeline/task/aws/parameter_store/parameter_store.go — Init (CacheTTL == 0 && len(Lookup) > 0 → default 5m) vs getCached/setCached (CacheTTL == 0 skip).

Expected

A dedicated disable (e.g. actually honoring 0, or a separate flag) so a pipeline can look up per record without caching.

Found while auditing task READMEs in #96.
