Closes #1633. Android version of #1744, following #1630.

• The top bar shows the screen title, replacing the large tab headings.
• Inside a product, tapping the title or Polkadot mark opens Proceed in Chat (when supported), Reload, Share and Close app.
• Connection indicators and Minimize stay in place.
• Closing the browser cancels pending chat navigation and prevents double back navigation.
• About app, scroll effects and pressed styles are left for later. Moving the Chats “+” button is tracked in Chat - Move Plus button from the top right corner to bottom right #1634.

Testing

From hosts/android:

• ./gradlew :app:testGpNightlyUnitTest :feature:products:impl:testNightlyUnitTest :feature:wallet:impl:testNightlyUnitTest passes.
• ./gradlew detekt passes.
• The host-android-bindings CI command passes locally with the CI placeholder environment.
• ./gradlew :feature:connection-status:api:connectedDebugAndroidTest on an emulator: ChainHealthBarTitleTest passes. ChainHealthIndicatorsScreenshotTest fails on that emulator with PixelCopy failed, on a different set of tests each run, and every test in it passed in at least one of two runs.

This pull request touches an app, which is not built by default. Add a label for each build you want:

• Android build, ci:android-device: attaches an APK that installs on an Android phone or an emulator.

Each starts as soon as it is added and follows the branch from then on.
