Starlette's TestClient now has an explicit httpx2 development dependency, and CI treats Python warnings as errors. Two mocked launcher tests close their real log and lock handles so the stricter gate passes without suppressing resource warnings.

The README records the available Linux B60 validation and outstanding hardware coverage. A hardware-report issue form captures environment, supported diagnostic commands, model configuration, and pass/fail/not-run results. Physical hardware reports remain outstanding under #71.

Fixes #77. Supports #71.

Validation: 1,154 Python tests passed with -W error; the live inference test was explicitly excluded. Ruff and mypy passed; the dependency lock and issue form were checked. No inference ran.

This branch starts at GitHub main 89b1c99 and changes only six files. The ahead local checkout is not included.
