Summary
Addresses the
github-actions-mutable-action-tagwarning (.github/workflows/ci.yml:30). Tags and branches can be repointed by an action's owner, so everyuses:reference in the CI workflow is now pinned to a full 40-character commit SHA, with the release noted in a trailing comment:shivammathur/setup-php@v2→eb7c497e18156a6bbabfef1d3a82760b9eda3962(2.40.0)actions/checkout@v4→11d5960a326750d5838078e36cf38b85af677262(v4.4.0)Each SHA is the commit its tag currently points to, so the workflow runs exactly the same code as before.
Notes
Pinned actions no longer pick up new releases automatically; Dependabot or Renovate can keep the SHAs up to date.
