Add Coil to the catalog - #13

lookbook is a catalogue of remote photographs: a grid of thumbnails and a pager of full-size album photos, all served by its own API. That needs an image loader with a memory and disk cache, and Coil 3 is the Compose-native one that shares the app's existing OkHttp stack rather than bringing a second HTTP client and a second cache to reason about.

lookbook's Android app is a grid of remote photographs, so it needs an image loader with memory and disk caching.
Coil 3 over Glide or Picasso: Compose-native, and it plugs into the OkHttp stack these apps already have instead of adding a second HTTP client and cache.
Coordinates verified against Maven Central.
coil-network-okhttppublishes as a multiplatform root artifact, so the catalog uses root coordinates and Gradle picks the Android variant.
