Leaving the defaults (90s normal and 1800s for valgrind) but offering an option to set the timeout. That setting does not distinguish between normal and valgrind, it sets both for that run.

I think I should give a reason for that.
The small sieve in #608 has tests that need more time, much more time:

time ./testme.sh --multithread --with-cc=clang-14 --cflags=" -g3 " --with-low-mp
real 0m24,607s
user 1m29,855s
sys 0m14,049s

time ./testme.sh --multithread --with-cc=clang-14 --cflags=" -g3 -DMP_SMALL_SIEVE_FULL_ROUND_INCREASING -DMP_SMALL_SIEVE_FULL_ROUND_DECREASING " --with-low-mp
real 2m15,449s
user 5m43,605s
sys 0m14,380s

time ./testme.sh --multithread --with-cc=clang-14 --cflags=" -g3 -DMP_USE_MEMOPS -DMP_SMALL_SIEVE_FULL_ROUND_INCREASING -DMP_SMALL_SIEVE_FULL_ROUND_DECREASING " --with-low-mp --with-valgrind
real 171m53,027s
user 172m20,578s
sys 0m30,379s
