Publish LuaBridge3 to Conan (conan-center-index)

I'm currently integrating LuaBridge3 into a project that uses Conan 2 for C/C++ dependency management. Currently, there is no official package recipe for LuaBridge3 available on ConanCenter.

Proposal

I would like to author and submit a official recipe for LuaBridge3 to the conan-center-index repository so that users can easily consume it via conan install or standard find_package(luabridge3 REQUIRED).

Please let me know if you have any preferences about package naming, exported properties or someone else doing the task

i don't have much knowledge about conan, we did publish to vcpkg but it's a bit of hassle to keep these up to date. Can you look into this? would be nice to be able to automate publishing when releases are created to minimize manual work.
