what's the difference between closers and moderators? I assume moderators are intended to have more permissiosn?

Moderators can ban/unban. Closers have close/open perms ontop of strikers who have strike/unstrike.

Strike doesn't autoclose unless the striked user has reached the threshold for being auto-banned. Unstrike ontop of that doesn't reopen the discussion.

Actually, you wanna also use TriggerHappy in this repo too? for low hanging vouch AI bros.

That would be tantamount to deciding who can and can't contribute to Hypr so that may be stepping on your toes.
TriggerHappy can use different files (strike, ban, permissions config) for each repo so it's possible to have a smaller subset of users managing this repo.
