Description
Three rules in one pasteable file that stop a coding agent from reporting "done" on code it never ran. The agent has to run a change and show the output, add only what fixes a reproducible failure, and work one step at a time. Tested on ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and Grok, with an optional pass that finds and fixes the weakest point.
