feat: sync 9 skills to agent-afk bundled versions

Why

agent-afk loads plugin skills before its own bundled copies, and the first copy of a name wins (src/agent/tools/skill-bridge.ts:447, scanAllPluginRoots: project, then user plugins, then bundled). With this plugin installed at ~/.afk/plugins/agent-workflow-amplifiers, the copies here were overriding the newer versions bundled in agent-afk (src/bundled-plugins/awa-bundled/skills/). So the most-used skills (review, fix-pr, ground-state, shadow-verify, diagnose, and more) were running older logic.

Evidence: the live fix-pr description in an afk session was missing the bundled-only step "triage each issue via parallel read-only probes".

What

The SKILL.md for each of these 9 skills is replaced with the agent-afk bundled version, byte-for-byte (agent-afk 2773cec7, v5.276.18):

diagnose, fix-pr, ground-state, refactor, research, review, shadow-verify, ship, simplify

Only SKILL.md differed in each skill folder; no supporting files changed.

Notable changes that now reach users of this plugin:

• review: captures prior reviewer feedback (inline, review summaries, conversation), dedups against it across runs, sets id_prefix labels on dispatched agents, and adds a confirm-gated merge offer for docs/test-only MERGE verdicts.
• fix-pr: triages each feedback item with parallel read-only probes before the fix subagent writes anything.
• ground-state: adds the SPINE.md survey and the eval-pipeline staleness check.
• diagnose, research, ship, refactor, simplify, shadow-verify: smaller catch-up edits.

What was checked

• Every line found only in the old copies was reviewed. Each one is an earlier wording that the bundled version rewrote or extended; nothing was dropped.
• cmp confirms all 9 files are identical to the agent-afk bundled copies.
• automate is intentionally left as the plugin's own version (reverted in a follow-up commit on this branch).
• Plugin-only skills (agentify, appmap, forge-friction, integrate, provideme, resolve, web), agents, commands and hooks are untouched.

Note

The bundled versions are written for agent-afk and reference its tools (ask_question, read_file, test_run, the worktree tool, ~/.afk paths). This plugin is maintained for agent-afk, so that's intended; anyone running it under Claude Code would see those references.

Follow-up (not in this PR)

These copies will drift again whenever agent-afk's bundled skills change. Longer-term options: generate these files from agent-afk on release, or have afk prefer its bundled copy when a user plugin ships a skill of the same name.
