NGO users can currently view analytics data on the Glific dashboard, but there is no way to export or download this data for offline use. This request is to add a download/export option for the analytics section.
Problem statement
The analytics data shown on the Glific platform is valuable, but it is only viewable within the dashboard. To use this data outside the platform (for reporting, sharing with stakeholders, or further analysis), an NGO currently needs a technical team member to fetch it directly from the backend or database.
Proposed solution
Add a "Download" or "Export" option on the analytics/dashboard page that allows users to export the visible data as a file (for example, CSV or Excel format).
