Supersedes #579, which bumped @vitest/ui alone to 5.0.5 while it requires vitest 5.0.5 exactly. Bump vitest, @vitest/ui and @vitest/coverage-v8 together, and undici (via jsdom, tests only) to 8.12.3 for GHSA-4qv8-2p9j-2685 and GHSA-f72v-6w45-q472.
