⚠️ Behaviour change

Rules that combine Unique with a URL matcher that has capture groups (e.g. the sample GitHub Issues rule) now treat tabs as duplicates only when they capture the same values: one tab per issue instead of one tab for all issues. They close fewer tabs than before, never more. Rules without URL matcher, or without capture groups, behave as before. The config format only gains an optional shortcut field on rules, ignored by older versions.
