Onboards one Lighthouse/Nimbus-EL observer to bogota-devnet-1: a single digitalocean node entry with no validators, plus a per-host override enabling consensus checkpoint sync. All supporting plumbing (nimbusel group_vars, image tag, inventory template groups, tag-based firewall) already exists and checks out; the change follows the repo's documented per-host checkpoint-sync pattern and doesn't disturb the existing validator ranges.

Add one Lighthouse/Nimbus EL observer to bogota-devnet-1 using the configured
ethpandaops/nimbus-eth1:bogota-devnet-1tag, with no validator allocation. Enable consensus checkpoint sync only for this new host.Readiness testing of Nimbus
4aa87caapassed for valid frame transactions: 200 transactions submitted only to Nimbus were included across Nimbus- and Geth-produced blocks, with identical hashes/state roots and zero receipt mismatches or missing frame receipts. Both Lighthouse nodes finalized epoch 2 at the same root. The image includes upstream fixeb0d71defor the earlier blob-wrapper rejection.A separate invalid validation-prefix admission issue was verified against source and filed as status-im/nimbus-eth1#5094. No Spamoor workaround is introduced. Terraform and Ansible CI passed. Live provisioning follows this merged definition; generated inventory, service endpoints, and deployment evidence will be added in a follow-up.
