- Owned the architecture decision for how the flagship mobile app (iOS/Android) shared content-editing business logic with the web CMS: evaluated hybrid webview, fully-native, and shared-component approaches, and built a shared React/React Native component system achieving ~70% business-logic reuse across web and mobile
- Solved the hard technical problems that came with it — a native↔JS navigation stack extending React Native internals, a single-JS-context bridge for multiple concurrent component instances, and an Axios/Fetch networking polyfill onto the native layer — work presented externally at Chain React
- Led integration of the Unfold acquisition (5-6M MAU) and shipped BioSites — featured in Squarespace's 2021 Super Bowl ad and cited 25x in the company's S-1
