The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart image and link to our alternative star history service so the chart renders again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points it to our alternative service, star-history.dera.page, so the chart renders correctly again.
