Summary

  • Reworded the Unreleased entries around user-facing impact: each leads with the outcome, quotes the error messages people actually see (unrecognized arguments: --dev=all, "Nothing to stop"), and translates implementation terms (CREATE DATABASE ... TEMPLATE → "cloned directly").
  • Each Removed entry now states what to use instead (run.runtime/host, osh init <runtime>, osh exec, [tool.osh] in pyproject.toml), and the exhaustive symbol list is condensed to named examples.
  • No behavior changes.

Test plan

  • Changelog-only change; reviewed the rendered text

The entries led with implementation detail and buried what the user
gets. They now lead with the user-facing outcome, quote the error
messages people actually see, and each Removed item says what to use
instead.
