The entry I added pairs a program count with an institution count pulled from a different table in the dataset. That produces a college figure the data does not support.
The program-level file spans 1,775 distinct institutions. The 3,392 figure is the row count of a separate institutions table with different scope — the dataset README flags the mismatch.
One-line description fix. Link and scope unchanged.
