Summary of Changes

In prep for the Cyclus workshop at GLOBAL2026, this pr puts a link at the top of the landing page of fuelcycle.org for folks to use to get to the workshop website.

Design Notes

I put it at the top.

Check the box if your change does not break any of the following:

  • API for Cyclus modules
  • Input files
  • Output tables for post processing tools

Do we want this at the top of the page? Or under the News Section? I feel like this is something we would eventually want to move to a different location.

Looks a bit odd but gets the job done. Especially if this is temp this looks good to me!
