Slides given to the McGill neuroscience group 2026-08-11

Tried out marp, it was very simple to use and the source is easily editable. Not ideal for careful tweaking of image locations etc, but I think this is ideal for quick/easy presentations with easily reviewable git diffs.

marp source only, plus a README with the build commands — no built HTML/PDF, and no reveal.js deck at the repo root.

lets look at the top level index too, maybe we need some CI to make sure new talks are added to that.
