Moves the
linuxandmusllinuxbuild legs fromubuntu-22.04toubuntu-26.04, as asked in #189. The wheels are built inside the manylinux/musllinux containers, so the runner image does not change them.ubuntu-26.04is still a public preview on GitHub Actions. Its Docker 29.4.2 breaks networking in i386 containers (actions/runner-images#14790), so the manylinux i686 leg runs onubuntu-24.04until that is fixed.The PyPy 8.0 leg added in #189 also names
ubuntu-22.04; #189 will switch it when rebased onto this.
