Adds FAQ entry #19 on users being logged out with "reused refresh token detected" when Refresh Token Rotation is on. It explains the two usual causes on mobile: concurrent refreshes, and a refresh response that never reaches the device.
It also covers how to reduce the errors: set the Rotation Overlap Period, use one client, share a single in-flight getCredentials() call, and set maxRetries on iOS.
The last part shows how to capture SDK network logs with networkingOptions.enableLogging on iOS and Android, and how to read them to tell the two causes apart. A warning notes that the logs contain tokens in plaintext.
This is a docs-only change. No SDK code is affected.
Checked the log locations against Auth0.swift 3.2.0 (OSLog, NetworkTracing category, debug level) and Auth0.Android (OkHttp logging to Logcat). Checked the Rotation Overlap Period name against the Auth0 docs. Prettier passes on FAQ.md.

Summary by CodeRabbit
Documentation
Added an FAQ entry about unexpected logouts caused by refresh-token reuse, including concurrent refreshes and lost responses.
The entry covers rotation-overlap settings, sharing a client and in-flight refresh, configuring iOS retry limits, and using network logs to help distinguish causes.
It also warns that debug logs may contain plaintext tokens and should not be enabled in production or shared without redaction.
FAQ 19 explains how refresh-token reuse can revoke a token family. It describes common causes, mitigation steps, diagnostic guidance, and precautions for handling debug logs.

Summary
Explain and address refresh-token reuse FAQ.md
Question 19 explains how reuse after the overlap period can revoke a token family and require another login. It lists mitigation steps and describes using network logs to investigate concurrent refreshes or lost responses. It warns that logs contain plaintext tokens.
auth0/react-native-auth0#1695: Adds and documents networkingOptions.enableLogging, which FAQ 19 references for diagnosis.
auth0/react-native-auth0#1711: Keeps iOS running during credential renewal and storage. FAQ 19 describes a lost refresh response as a cause of reuse errors.

Review comments at @FAQ.md:
- Line 1045: Update the refresh-token reuse event code in the Refresh Token
Rotation documentation to use the correct code, ferrt, instead of fertft; apply
the same correction to the other occurrence.
- Line 1071: Update the FAQ entry about iOS `maxRetries` to specify that retries
apply to transient renewal failures, not all failed renewals. Keep the existing
retry count, overlap-period, and reference details unchanged.
- Line 1054: Update the refresh-token rotation guidance in FAQ.md to retain the
Rotation Overlap Period as a server-side prerequisite while removing the claim
that it is the only mitigation; mention iOS maxRetries as a client-side
mitigation for transient lost-response failures.

Review comments at @FAQ.md:
- Line 1054: Update the rotation overlap guidance to qualify that only reuse of
the immediately previous refresh token may be accepted within the window;
clarify that older refresh tokens can still trigger reuse detection and revoke
the token family.
- Line 1088: Update the FAQ guidance around the `/oauth/token` request
comparison to note that iOS `maxRetries` may retry a transient failure with the
same refresh token using exponential backoff. Require checking response or error
details and request ordering before diagnosing concurrent callers; two close
same-token requests alone are not proof of concurrency.
