The information-theory doc (
docs/coordination-physics.md) was linked only from individual pattern write-ups, so a README reader never discovered it. Adds a short paragraph in the Patterns section explaining the per-pattern "Information-theoretic view" sections and pointing to the shared doc as the place the theory lives once — the re-grounding escape hatch, dialogue-channel degradation, the single-agent ceiling, stigmergy vs. hierarchy.Docs-only; link target verified to exist.
