What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR implements RANGER-4692: server-side sorting on the Ranger Admin Audit → Plugin Status page by plugin download and activation events (Policy, Tag, Role, GDS, UserStore) and related metadata.
How was this patch tested?
Manual: Plugin Status column sort sends sortBy/sortType to the API; results sort across pages
Manual: REST sort verified on policyDownloadTime, tagActivationTime, clusterName, with filters
Upgrade: DB patch 078 + Java patch J10067 Upgrade Testing.
