This pull request refactors the development workflow, documentation, and build scripts to streamline the contributor experience and remove legacy playground code. The main changes include removing the old
playground/directory and related scripts, updating documentation to reflect the new workflow, and simplifying build and lint scripts. It also updates the GitHub Actions workflows to use the new site build process.Build and Workflow Updates:

devscript now starts the Next.js docs site and examples fromsite/, instead of the old Vite-based playground. Theciandsitescripts are removed, and contributors are instructed to run individual verification scripts (lint,typecheck,test,build,size).
