Patch release bundling the aio-cli-plugin-app-templates 2.1.3 lockfile bump (#844), fixing ESM template loading in
templates:install.README changes scoped to exactly what changed: the CLI's own version self-reference (11.1.2 -> 11.1.3) and the 8 aio-cli-plugin-app-templates
See codepermalinks (2.1.1 -> 2.1.3, matching package-lock.json). No other plugin's docs touched, to avoid README drifting ahead of what's actually locked for unrelated packages.Validated
