Summary

Updates stringToTable in go/driver.go to support 4-part Project.Catalog.Namespace.Table table references (such as BigLake Iceberg tables in namespaces) when configuring the destination table.

@lidavidm actually want to get your opinion about this change.

In ODBC/JDBC drivers and in BQ CLI we use : as projectId separator instead of .. This PR right now won't allow distinguishing between project.dataset.table and catalog.namespace.table options (it allows dataset.table).

Would you be open for a breaking change requiring : for projectId to align with the rest of BQ tools?

So supported options will be:

projectId:catalog.namespace.table

projectId:dataset.table

dataset.table

catalog.namespace.table
