Pre-requisites

Change Description

We should make it clear that disclosure of LLM or other tools' use applies to ALL contributions, not just patches.

We are now getting security advisories from users who write like ChatGPT and it's pretty exhausting.

This applies to everything, not just patches.

Fine with me, much better indeed than actually.

This said, I think we need to treat YOURLS/awesome differently, there the contributing and PR template make much less sense, so I think it should have its own files.

Awesome already has its own CONTRIBUTING document, so it just needs a PR template to override the organization-level one. Let me take a look.
