REST api is still making queries to the Bio::DB::Seq::Feature::Store; need to be retired

The queries implemented in /src/rest_api/db/sql/sequence.sql are still being sent to the Bio::DB::SeqFeature::Store databases.

If possible, these calls should fetch information from Datomic.
