In the W3C WoT specification PropertyAffordance extends DataSchema, for which the
unitmember is optional.This may be a bug in WebThings Gateway, do you have steps to reproduce?
I just noticed this. It was on Candle, but I can't remember making any changes to the logs code. Almost certainly an error on my part, but thought I'd share anyway.
Should properties always have a
unitattribute in their description? I must admit I don't know which attributes are 'mandatory' and which are optional. I know from experience that 'type' is essential. Title and value (even is null) probably too.
