3.0 UI Refresh #3304
Description
I am proposing a UI refresh for WebThings Gateway 3.0, intended to be consistent with the upcoming desktop app.
Areas of focus so far:
- Responsive design with separate desktop and mobile modes
- New main menu design
- New user menu
- Persistent tile bar
- New Things view
- New Thing detail view
Early UI mockups here with comments enabled for feedback.

Please try the Candle Controller for some inspiration.
Running this script will install only the controller itself + some addons:
https://github.com/createcandle/install-scripts/blob/main/install_candle_controller.sh
(run as a normal user)
Note that it will overwrite ~/webthings/gateway !
