Remove HashiCorp repo after Terraform installation - #61

Remove HashiCorp repository after installing Terraform to prevent future issues with key rotations. HashiCorp rotated its keys yesterday and it broken the Dev container until it was rebuilt with the new key. This is attempt to prevent that in the future as we only need the hashicorp stuff for terraform.

Wow, I cannot believe that Hashicorp can't manage it's signing keys better and has to keep rotating them. Sure am glad we're not using their secret storage product!
