'start-router': starts six routers indicated by topology in random order
Note: runs on CS 118 VM; not guaranteed to run anywhere else


'update': injects message updating distance between two nodes
  USAGE: ./update <name_of_node_1> <name_of_node_2> <distance>
'data': injects data packet containing "This is a test" to target router
  USAGE: ./data <name_of_node_where_message_starts> <name_of_destination>
Note: 'update' and 'data' are simple wrappers for 'client'
