shape=circle+size=small）时，size-s 的 padding 覆盖了圆形按钮的padding: 0，导致图标被挤压。对应：Tencent/tdesign-vue-next#7036
修改

&--shape-circle的&.@{prefix}-size-s分支补充padding: 0;，与同结构size-l（及 square size-s）对齐。测试
common 仓无相关视觉 snapshot；已对照 size-l 最小改动（1 行）。

No dedicated visual snapshot in this repo; change mirrors existing size-l rule (1 line).
