Support Card Pattern for DesignSafe Client #606

Goal

Allow TACC-style cards on DesignSafe web pages e.g. /news/nheri-presents/.

Ideas

1. Style Bootstrap 3 Panels.
   • Only DesignSafe client would likely use.
   • Plugin for Panels already available via django-bootstrap3 (only within Columns).
2. Style Bootstrap 4 Cards.
   • Most TACC/Core-Styles clients can use.
   • But how to add Cards to page? (DesignSafe will not have Bootstrap4.) Install djangocms-style?
3. Style Bootstrap 5 Cards.
   • New TACC/Core-Styles clients can use.
   • But how to add Cards to page? (DesignSafe will not have Bootstrap5.) Install djangocms-style?

Steps

0. Build or choose a pattern that is, or is styled like, TACC/Core-Styles Cards (.css).
1. Get jsDelivrURL CDN to @tacc/core-styles stylesheet.
2. Load stylesheet onto site, e.g.
   • via <link> in a Django CMS Snippet
   • via import into main.css
