Build sanctions screening into onboarding and review workflows with SanctionsKit's API, SDKs and integration examples.
The free sandbox uses synthetic records. Production screening requires paid access and a production API key. Potential matches need human review; screening is not legal clearance.
- API quickstart: create a sandbox key and run a synthetic screening.
- JavaScript and TypeScript SDK and Go SDK: work with the API from an application.
- Language and workflow examples: sample integrations, including Node-RED and Windmill.
- Postman and Bruno collections: explore requests and the OpenAPI contract.
The SanctionsKit node can screen a subject, inspect available sources and approved policies, and retrieve retained results or evidence. Follow the synthetic screening walkthrough to try it on self-hosted n8n.
On 6 October 2026, n8n approved the node for its verified-node program. Publication through n8n and the dedicated integration page are still pending.
The September 2026 sanctions-list identifier study examines structured identifiers, dates of birth and names in OFAC SDN and UK Sanctions List XML snapshots. It includes aggregate tables, parser code and synthetic tests. The results describe those snapshots; they do not measure screening accuracy.
