Upgrade to ImGui 1.92.7. #157
Description
Upgrade to ImGui 1.92.7 to support loading Arcdps plugins and sharing the context.
This also allows to deprecate some systems like the font manager.
Backwards compatibility must be ensured.
The biggest issue to solve will be rendering the OptionsRender callback within a different context.

I'm here because I was working on localizing my addon and Chinese was rendering as

SarasaGothicJ-Regularfrom https://github.com/be5invis/sarasa-gothic which looks much like Roboto and includes the CJK glyph range.Maybe an info that's good to know.
