This PR updates the mod to Minecraft 26.3, which only required bumping Fabric loader/API and server translations API to the most recent versions.
The PR also makes signs, and their hanging variants, lockable, fixing #17. There is now a list of lockable blocks in the README.
The mod's version has been bumped to
1.2.5.
